And the Seamless Elbow is belong to butt weld pipe fittings which is one type of welding connect way so we need to do beveling before using the Pipe Fitting.
Butt Welded Elbow is made by the carbon steel raw material pipe which is bent by the hot process and cold process . Both process can make the Carbon Steel Elbow ,but main process which is used in the market is Hot Forming Elbow Machine and from the Hot Pushing Elbow Machine the raw material pipe is expended and to bigger size dimension pipe fitting and after forming the Butt Welded Elbow is still heated and in red color and then operator will do the sizing process at once and after because after forming the Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting is easy to be made in to change the shape.
