Company introduction

After splicing the head, splicing weld should be 100% ray or ultrasonic test, the qualification level goes with the equipment shell.The welding seam detection level and proportion of the final forming are the same as that of the equipment shell, which leads to high waste.For example: if the equipment shell is 20% tested, III qualified.The straight splicing weld and the final weld are also III qualified, with a welding joint coefficient of 0.85;
If the equipment shell is 100% tested, II is qualified.The splice weld and the final weld are also II qualified with a joint coefficient of 1
So although the head splicing is 100% detected, the qualification level is not the same, and it goes with the equipment shell.
