YW-200T carbon steel elbow cold forming machine
· Elbow making machines (elbow cold forming machines) are designed and constructed for making small radius elbows with curvature of 1.0D to 1.5D and with diameter from 1/2" to 28" of stainless steel, cabon steel, alloy steel, etc. The production standard will be ASME B16.9, ASME B16.28, DIN2605, SMS, 3A, customized drawings is preferable, These produced elbows will be widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical, Gas and Oil pipes, Electrical Power, Food, etc.
· Main Features of Elbow making machines (Elbow cold forming machie):
· 1.Elbow making machine has attained the CE and ISO certificates;
· 2.High strength steel metal via gas shielded welding framed machine base is used on elbow making machine;
· 3.high rigidity and load balance are the main design features of the elbow making machine in order to keep excellent accurancy;

· 7.Elbow making machie adopts PLC button centralized control, uses touch screen, applys proportional valve to regulate pressure. It can be adjusted and operated manually and automatically.
The series of carbon steel elbow forming machine is mainly used for carbon steel, stainless steel,alloy steel ,copper,aluminum 1D, 1.25D,1.5D,3D elbow cold push molding, push mode has the steel ball and core rod pushing in two ways. Core rod forming push system equipped with a semi-automatic mechanical demolding device.
The host comprises a body(frame),die-closing cylinder ,side pushing cylinder, demolding device. A control mechanism is composed of power station,limiting device ,pipeline and electrical control box, operation box.
The forming principle:pipe blank ,in the tunnel cavity by external locking,is pushed by hydraulic top rod from the guide section into forming cavity equiped inner core bending. then demold by demolding device.the whole process is control by PLC.
Standard export packing,woodbox loaded,airframe coverd with one layer transparent plastic film.
