6.Safe operation of automatic double-head chamfering machine:
The daily operation schedule of automatic chamfering machine and double-end chamfering machine should be prepared and checked before daily work:
1. Check the environment around the automatic chamfering machine and double-head chamfering machine every day.
2. Check whether the tools in the tool box are complete.
3. Check whether the air source, power supply, button switch, indicator light and electric eye induction of the double-end chamfering machine are normal.The brakes are sensitive.
4. Check whether the oil pump and paraffin oil pump of automatic chamfering machine are working and whether the oil nozzle is injected to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
5. Check whether the reducing die and flanging die are loose. If so, make adjustments immediately.
